Women experts and feminist knowledge production
in post-war East Central Europe (1945–1989)

Principal Investigators Annina Gagyiova and Natalia Jarska presented the project at the online lunch seminar of the Working Group “Healthcare providers” led by Yuliya Hilevych and Agata Ignaciuk. The working group is part of the COST Action National, International and Transnational Histories of Healthcare, 1850–2000 (CA22159 EuroHealthHist). The presentation was entitled “Women medical doctors as healthcare providers in post-war Czechoslovakia, Hungary and Poland” focused on the research aims of the project and included insights from two case studies.
